Tech Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Developer, QA, DevOps, Data, PM, etc.).
2. Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, communities, referral networks, and direct search.
3. Facilitate interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
4. Support employer branding initiatives related to tech hiring.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT, or related field.
1–2 years of experience as Tech Recruiter, preferably in outsourcing / headhunting environment.
2. Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and industry trends (basic level acceptable).
